IT’S ALL ABOUT EXPRESSION.
Our mission is to create a safe and fun space for dancers on and off of skates and to open doors for all people who express themselves through dance.
Considering the common origins of different styles of dance and Roller Dance and the sonic orbits of House, Hip Hop, Breaks, Disco, and Funk (among others), our goal is to continue the legacy of this creative fusion.

Mad Roller Dance Disco Club (Lisboa) is inspired by and built around a common cause with Jams Wheelz & Feet (Paris), Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace (London), Skate Love (Barcelona), and the Global Roller Dancing community.
We seek to promote the culture of Roller Disco and attract more dancers to experience the healthy and loving vibe.
lisbon is our dance floor.
Madalena Brandão Pereira, @mad_rollerdance has been skating since 7 years old. As an adult, her mission is to take roller skates out of the sporting context and bring them into the streets, while connecting in person with roller dancing communities in London, Rotterdam and Barcelona.
In 2021, Madalena’s proposal for the Lisbon Participatory Budget for an outdoor space dedicated to roller skaters was approved. Since then, she has been featured in Time Out Magazine, and organized Roller Dance Lisboa @rollerdance.lisboa an international crew of over 100 roller skaters, who meet in Lisbon for technical lessons and weekly jam sessions.
